  • Before you apply for a vacant position at Maconomy, we recommend that you familiarise yourself with Maconomy’s core business area. For further information, feel free to contact the person in Maconomy who has been listed as a contact in the job ad.

  • Your application should include your motivation for applying for a job at Maconomy, your résumé and a detailed description of your professional competencies.

  • At the first interview you will typically meet the manager of the business area for which you have applied. You will learn more about Maconomy and the actual contents of the job, while we will be able to learn more about you – at the professional and personal level.

  • If we have a mutual interest in moving forward with the process after the first interview, we will invite you for a second interview where we will strive to determine whether the match is right for both parties. At this interview you will typically meet the responsible HR partner for your business area and receive feedback on your personal profile analysis. We use this analysis as a tool for further conversation to ensure that we touch upon what is important to you and to Maconomy. It also allows us to determine whether you are “the right person for the right job”.

  • After two productive meetings we expect to be able to make a quick decision on whether or not we can offer you the position in question. We hope you will feel that the process enables you to decide whether or not you want Maconomy to be your new employer.

  • You are welcome to send us an unsolicited application if you cannot find a vacant position that is right for you. When we receive your application, it will be forwarded to the relevant department manager(s) who will determine whether your qualifications match our current recruitment needs. If we do not have a current need that is relevant to you, we will keep your application for six months.
