If your application stands out you will be invited for an interview with the recruiting manager. You will learn more about Maconomy's international graduate program and the role as Business Consultant. We expect to learn more about you, your skills and your motivation.
If there is mutual interest after the first interview, you will be invited for a second interview where you will receive feedback on a personality questionnaire and an analytical test. At the interview you will be asked to respond to a business case outlines some of the professional challenges you will encounter as a business consultant.
In both interviews it is important that you feel fully informed about the role as a business consultant and Maconomy as a company.
